How Our Shipping Process Works
Shipping begins only after the customer has confirmed the quotation, payment has been verified, the product is available, and any applicable prescription, business, import or other documentation requirements have been completed.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after:
- Quotation or order confirmation
- Successful payment verification
- Product availability confirmation
- Completion of required customer documentation
- Completion of applicable pharmaceutical, prescription or export requirements
Processing time varies depending on the product, quantity, documentation requirements and destination country.
2. Dispatch Time
Estimated dispatch information will normally be communicated as part of the quotation or order-confirmation process.
Some products may require additional procurement, manufacturer coordination, export documentation or specialised packaging before dispatch.
3. Delivery Time
International delivery times vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Shipping service selected
- Customs clearance
- Import regulations
- Carrier operations
- Public holidays
- Weather or transportation disruptions
- Regulatory inspection
Any delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to factors such as:
- Destination country
- Package dimensions
- Shipment weight
- Shipping method
- Product handling requirements
- Applicable courier or freight charges
Shipping charges will normally be included or separately identified in the quotation or invoice.
5. International Shipping
Newlife Medicare serves both business buyers and eligible individual customers across international markets where supply and shipment can be completed in accordance with applicable requirements.
The presence of a country on our website or Global Presence page does not guarantee that every medicine can be shipped to that destination.
6. Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to inspection and clearance by customs, postal, courier or regulatory authorities.
Customs-clearance and government-processing times are outside the direct control of Newlife Medicare.
7. Import Documentation
Customers are responsible for providing valid destination-country licences, prescriptions, permits or import documents where required.
Orders may be held until applicable documentation is received and verified.
8. Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and similar destination-country charges are governed by the applicable transaction terms, quotation, invoice and local requirements.
Where these charges are payable by the customer, they are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated.
9. Shipment Tracking
Where tracking is available, the tracking number or shipment reference may be provided after dispatch.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier first receives the shipment.
10. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
- Recipient or company name
- Street address
- City
- State or region
- Postal or ZIP code
- Country
- Telephone number
Any address correction should be communicated before dispatch. Changes may not be possible after a shipment has been handed to the carrier.
11. Failed Delivery
Newlife Medicare may not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from inaccurate addresses, unavailable recipients, refusal of delivery, missing import documents, unpaid destination charges or other circumstances attributable to the recipient.
12. Damaged Packages
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers should document the condition of the shipment and contact us promptly.
Please retain the shipping box, labels and product packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
13. Lost Shipments
Where a shipment appears lost, we may coordinate with the relevant shipping or logistics provider to initiate an investigation.
Any replacement, credit or refund will depend on the outcome of the investigation and the applicable shipping arrangements.
14. Temperature-Sensitive Products
15. Regulatory Delays
Newlife Medicare cannot guarantee customs, postal, courier or government-agency clearance times.
Shipments may be delayed when authorities request additional documentation, inspection or clarification.
16. Product and Destination Restrictions
Product eligibility can differ by country. Certain medicines may require a prescription, import permission, business licence or other supporting documentation before shipment.
Newlife Medicare reserves the right not to dispatch an order where the applicable product or destination requirements cannot be satisfied.
